How Affiliate Links Work
Welcome to Microwave Doctor. Our goal is to help you find the best over-the-range microwaves by providing thorough, research-based reviews and comparisons. To support the work we do on this site, we participate in affiliate marketing programs.
What does this mean? When you click on certain links on our website that lead to retailers like Amazon, and you make a purchase, we may earn a small commission from that retailer. These are called 'affiliate links' or 'referral links.' Please know that this process is standard across many review and content websites on the internet.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
Running Microwave Doctor requires significant time and resources. This includes researching countless products, analyzing customer reviews, comparing specifications, and writing detailed guides. The commissions we earn through affiliate links help us cover these operational costs, allowing us to continue providing free, high-quality content and recommendations to you.
Without these commissions, it would be much more difficult to maintain the site and keep it updated with the latest information on over-the-range microwaves.
Our Commitment To Honesty
Our primary commitment is to you, our reader. The trust you place in our recommendations is something we value deeply. We want to be absolutely clear: the potential to earn a commission never influences our product selections or the opinions expressed in our reviews.
Our content is based on independent research, analysis of manufacturer specifications, and the collective experiences of real customers. We strive to present unbiased information, highlighting both the pros and cons of each product, so you can make an informed decision that's right for your needs. We do not accept payment or free products from manufacturers in exchange for positive reviews or preferential placement.
How We Choose Products
At Microwave Doctor, we do not physically test over-the-range microwaves. Instead, our product selection and review process is thoroughly research-based. We dive deep into:
- Manufacturer specifications and features
- Hundreds, sometimes thousands, of customer reviews from various online retailers
- Expert opinions and industry analyses
- Product comparisons and market trends
This comprehensive research allows us to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and overall value of each microwave, helping us recommend products that genuinely meet user needs and expectations. Our goal is to synthesize all this information into clear, actionable advice for you.
No Extra Cost To You
It's important to understand that clicking our affiliate links and making a purchase will not cost you anything extra. The price you pay for the product remains exactly the same, whether you use our link or go directly to the retailer's website.
The commission we receive comes from the retailer's margin, not from your pocket. So, you get the benefit of our research and recommendations at no additional cost.
